Transcripts from students will not be accepted unless they are in a sealed unopened envelope from the College or University. We will not accept email transcripts from students.  Courses to be transferred to meet graduation requirements for any curriculum must be acceptable in content, and credit will be awarded only for those completed with a grade of C or higher.
